I started Taste Pro after years of bookmarking recipes that never quite worked in real life. Either the steps were confusing, the ingredients too obscure, or the end result just… fell flat. I’d always loved cooking — it helped me feel grounded — and I believed there had to be a better way to share recipes that were actually usable, not just pretty.
So, I launched Taste Pro with one rule: if we don’t cook it in our real kitchens, it doesn’t go on the site. Today, I lead the editorial vision and make sure every recipe we share is tested, clear, and actually tastes like something you’d make again.
Malik Robinson — Senior Recipe Contributor
Malik brings heart to the kitchen. He’s the kind of person who can recreate his mom’s Sunday roast from memory and somehow make it better. With a background in home-style cooking and years of hands-on experience, Malik’s focus is on flavor, comfort, and ease. Whether it’s a weeknight skillet or a slow-braised classic, he writes with the home cook in mind — no fluff, no stress, just really good food.
Jenna approaches cooking like a creative puzzle — always asking “What would make this simpler? Or more fun?” She’s got a knack for writing recipes that feel like a friend walking you through each step, and she’s the reason many of our dishes have thoughtful tips or easy ingredient swaps. Jenna also helps brainstorm seasonal ideas, write intros, and make sure our tone stays grounded and kind.
