Ingredients

pasta
gluten free if needed

lb
chicken breasts
or rotisserie chicken
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tbsp
avocado oil
dash
salt

turkey bacon
1/2
red onion
2
tbsp
green onions

cup
cherry tomatoes

bottle
ranch dressing
Instructions
Gather your ingredients. If you are making your own shredded chicken, preheat the oven to 350 F.
Add chicken breasts to a baking dish with garlic powder, salt and oil. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
Cook pasta according to instructions on box.
While pasta is cooking, cook turkey bacon in a pan over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes per side, or until crispy.
Finely chop vegetables and turkey bacon.
Shred chicken.
Combine pasta, chicken, turkey bacon and vegetables.
Pour ranch over the top and mix.
Notes
PRO TIP: Use a rotisserie chicken instead of cooking chicken yourself to make the process quicker!
